Biography
Minghao is a Ph.D. student at Columbia University, being advised by Prof. Andrew Smyth. He is also co-advised by Prof. Max Li from University of Michigan. Before joining Columbia University, he studied in Industrial and Operations Engineering and Intelligent System Engineering at University of Michigan, as well as at UM-SJTU Joint Institue at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

- Minghao received an Honorable Mention for the Aviation Application Society Best Student Presentation Award.
- Minghao will be attending the 2024 INFORMS Annual Meeting, held in Seattle, WA, in October 2024. Minghao will present his work in the Aviation Application Society Best Student Presentation Competition.
- Minghao will be attending the 2023 INFORMS Annual Meeting, held in Phoenix, AZ, in October 2023. Minghao will present his work with gust-resistant drone delivery problems.
- Minghao will present recent work “Drone delivery routing with stochastic urban wind” in the 2023 IEEE 26th International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITSC). This is a joint work with Prof. Andrew Smyth, Prof. Max Li, and Prof. Marco Giometto.
- Minghao will start to pursue a doctoral degree in Columbia Engineering from 2022 fall, advised by Prof. Andrew Smyth.
