Biography

Minghao is a Ph.D. student at Columbia University, being advised by Prof. Andrew Smyth. He is also co-advised by Prof. Max Li from University of Michigan. He recieved dual M.S. degree from the Industrial and Operations Engineering and the Intelligent System Engineering at University of Michigan. He is also a visiting student in Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2020 to 2021 supervised by Prof. Yanfeng Shen. He received his bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2019. Advised by Prof. Wenbo Yang, he won the excellent degree paper with the dynamic response of tunnel and surrounding soil under long-term loads induced by trains, supported by NSF-China.
